Mid American Energy is already delivering 88% clean energy to its customers in Iowa and nearby states. Blessed with huges wind resources in the western part of the state, Mid-America is able to provide most of the energy from wind power. As they move away from fossil fuel power generation, they’ve also committed to building out solar installations and to work toward their goal of providing 100% renewable energy for their customers.
